A car that will not start is not always a car that needs towing. If the battery is simply flat, a jump start gets you moving in minutes and costs a fraction of a tow.
We will tell you honestly which one you need. If the battery is dead but healthy, we jump it and you drive away. If it is failing or the problem is the alternator, we will say so rather than jumping it and leaving you to break down again a mile later.
